The incredibly hyped-up Lucid Air sedan is finally nearing its arrival. The electric start-up brand has recently revealed the official EPA range figures for the sleek Lucid Air, and they're astonishing. The Dream Edition of the Air will be able to go 520 miles on a single charge. That will blow the Air's main competition, the Tesla Model S LR, out of the water, with the Tesla Model S going 405. Although the range is certainly impressive, performance just might be even more mind-blowing. The performance variant churns out 1111 horsepower, while only slightly dropping its range (471). All things considered, the Lucid Air is one of the most genuinely exciting cars that are set to crash the scene in the next few years. And, starting at just under $70K, it seems like a relative bargain compared to the likes of the Tesla Model S, Jaguar E-Pace, BMW i8, and others. There have been many cars that have promised (and failed) to dethrone Tesla, but the Lucid Air is easily the most legitimate.
